Located near Whitland in Carmarthenshire, South West Wales, Hafod Farm Stables is able to offer a comprehensive range of facilities.   The owners Jacqui Mitchell and Jeff Kedward will be delighted to show you the facilities and to discuss your equestrian needs.   The purpose built stables are in an American Barn layout and are large, well laid out and airy.  Stabling options from DIY to Full livery are available.

Hafod Farm Stables has a large floodlit outdoor arena with a rubber on sand surface, measuring an impressive 60 metres by 40 metres making it ideal for group sessions and show jumping practice.   The arena is available for hire. by groups or indivduals.

Hafod has over 250 acres of farm land, some is still rented out for dairy silage, or used to make our own small bale haylage but the remaining fields close to the farm have been refenced for horses and provide good clean grazing with all year round turnout.  We can provide a livery arrangement to suit your needs from full livery to DIY livery.  There are nine stables in an American barn design, all of generous proportions, as well as four separate foaling boxes away from the main stables and monitored with CCTV.

Hafod Farm Stables is a friendly relaxed yard run by a family involved in Pony Club and BHS activities.  The facilities have hosted Vale of Taf Pony Club rallies and camp as well as Cwm Derwen Riding Clun rallies and dressage competitions.  During the winter there are BHS Trec training sessions held in the arena.
